Vac Guy sucks up everything he can find. His son, Vac Jr., offers him a piece of gum, and he blows a bubble so big that he starts to float high in the sky. Luckily when the bubble pops he lands into a pond, but he soon sucks it up too. Vac Guy looks for more things to suck, as he is dripping water out of his butt, when he spots a fire. He uses the water that he just sucked up from the pond to put the fire out. Vac Guy becomes a town hero, and a parade is held in his honor.
