Gwinnett County Government had a Web site that most people working there did not like the color of. The new TV branding was blue so I decided to change the site to blue. There was also a new branding to the printed items. There was a disconnect between the two so I merged elements of both the TV and print branding to unify the County's branding. To keep cost under budget I did not change the HTML except for added on features like the login, calendars, the home page left navigation, etc.
